Stop Leaving Money On The Table, Focus On Current Clients
Many businesses focus on the next sale. Acquiring a new client costs five times more than retaining a current client. People do business with people they know, like and trust. All businesses have a roster of clients they’ve sold to. It is this group that will bring the greatest ROI for the business.

Gratitude is your best marketing investment.
Meet Debbie Myers
Debbie Myers recognizes the importance of nurturing relationships. She works with businesses to retain existing clients by cultivating a culture of genuine gratitude through meaningful gestures of appreciation. Prior to becoming an entrepreneur, she worked in international economic development, traveling the globe to improve the quality of women's lives through better health care, education and job opportunities.
Seeing beautiful products being created in the developing world, Debbie started her company VirtuArte to provide a market for those artists. Personally, establishing relationships with the artists, Debbie understands the power strong relationships have in creating customer loyalty and brand advocacy.

Carol Cassidy - Weaves of Cambodia
Carol has been working with textiles and fiber art for many years. She studied weaving and textile design in Norway and Finland and earned a B.F.A. from the University of Michigan. While working on United Nations International Labor Organization project she was impressed by the technical skills of Lao weavers. Carol moved to Laos and established Lao Textiles. Her goal was to demonstrate the commercial viability of creating textiles based upon tradition for a modern world.
Carol's most recent endeavor is Weaves of Cambodia, a weaving studio located in a remote village in Northern Cambodia employing more than 30 land mine survivors. With her advice on products and design, they weave high quality silk fabric and products, keeping their age-old weaving culture alive while earning a sustainable income.
Carol has had a significant impact on the preservation of Lao textile traditions and shown that a market exists for the finest Lao textiles.
